Seller and orders

The seller of record for purchases through this store is Hefei Ranrui E-Commerce Co., Ltd.. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement or have appropriate permission. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, subject to applicable law. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you and refund amounts paid for the canceled portion.

Products and prices

Product listings describe stationery specifications, included items, and any relevant safety instructions. Review the listing before ordering; do not assume props in photographs are included unless stated.

The price and currency shown at checkout apply. Shipping fees and taxes collected by us are disclosed before payment. If a material price or description error affects an order, we will contact you for a correction or cancellation and refund; we will not impose a higher price without your agreement.

Payment and delivery

Use a payment method offered at checkout. Orders ship from Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. Standard processing is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, followed by an estimated 7–12 business days in transit. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Destination-specific delivery estimates and separately disclosed production periods apply where stated before purchase. See our Shipping Policy for tracking, import charges, and delayed or missing parcels. We assist with carrier issues and do not automatically reject claims solely because tracking says delivered.

Cancellation and returns

Request cancellation promptly. Orders not yet in fulfillment can be canceled without a fee. Once fulfillment has begun, we will check whether it can be stopped; if not, the return process applies after delivery.

Eligible preference-based return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returns go to our company address in China. Customers pay preference-based return postage; we cover appropriate remedies and required return costs for damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after return receipt and inspection, or approval where no return is required. Cancellation refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of approval. Full details appear in our Return & Refund Policy.

Product use and safety

Use stationery only for its intended purpose and follow the warnings on its listing and packaging. Products with blades, sharp points, small parts, adhesives, or ink may require suitable supervision and handling. Do not ingest stationery materials. An item is not a toy or certified for children’s use unless expressly described as such.

Rights, responsibility, and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We remain responsible for obligations applicable to the sale and will consider reasonable evidence when resolving an issue.

Contact service@pondppw.com to discuss a purchase concern. Applicable mandatory laws and available consumer remedies remain in effect; these terms do not require you to waive lawful dispute or payment rights.

Changes

The terms in effect when your order was placed apply to that purchase. Updated terms apply prospectively when posted.
