Accepted payment methods

Available payment methods are shown in our checkout. We accept only the methods enabled there for your location and order. Do not assume a particular card network, wallet, or installment option is supported unless it appears at checkout.

Currency and totals

The currency displayed at checkout is the transaction currency. Product prices, available shipping fees, discounts, and taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Your payment provider may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. Destination import charges not collected at checkout are described in our Shipping Policy.

Payment processing

Checkout and payment processing are provided through Shopify and the payment providers enabled for the store. We do not request your full card number or card security code by email or telephone.

Use the store’s secure checkout and check the website address before entering payment details. Do not send passwords or one-time verification codes to customer support.

Failed payments and order confirmation

If payment fails, verify billing details with your provider. If a payment appears on your statement but you have no order confirmation, contact us with the order email and transaction reference. Do not repeatedly submit payment until you have checked for duplicate orders.

Refunds and payment concerns

Refunds return to the original payment method using the timing in our Return & Refund Policy. Contact service@pondppw.com if you see a duplicate charge or a charge you do not recognize. You may also contact your payment provider; this page does not limit your rights to raise a payment dispute.
